Featured in Leeds Artists Show at Leeds Art Gallery (2023). Blue Kiss was shot by the artist on 35mm film and it captures a tender moment of two of their friends kissing. Unedited, the colours and distoritions are a natural and unpredictable part of the analogue film process. The artist uses these processes to draw parallels to her own experience of queerness. The figures pictured embrace outside of definition, out of focus and present endless multiplicity and abundance.
